At the Apprenticeship Community, our goal is to ensure your apprentice or trainee is contributing in your workplace and successfully undertaking their qualification.
Everyone has to start somewhere, but there can be teething problems when employing a young apprentice or trainee, especially if they are new to the workforce. These can include generational gaps, personal issues, communication problems or not knowing the best ways to approach work-related issues.
This is where mentoring support can assist.

Mentoring support is available for you and your employee when trying to navigate the challenges of an apprenticeship or traineeship. Adjusting to the workplace can be challenging on both sides with generation gaps, new technology and just getting to know what is expected.
Our Apprenticeship Mentoring program involves meeting with you and/or your apprentice or trainee as regularly as you like.
Where possible, we can also match you with an industry-skilled mentor who understands your industry and has many years of experience working within it.
