Carolyn supports our apprentices, trainees and employers to achieve their goals.
“I believe we really make a difference when we support and guide, but mainly listen, to what their hopes and dreams are. We help them navigate their way through challenging times. I find it very satisfying when I see our apprentices and trainees complete their training. It still puts a smile on my face.”
Carolyn has a relaxed and approachable manner and is a good listener. She’s focused on helping individuals resolve their issues.
